China * * * Party has gone through 88 years since 192 1 was founded. After decades of unremitting struggle, China * * * Party has grown from small to large, from weak to strong, from naive to mature. We should study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and look at things with Scientific Outlook on Development. At the same time, as the party's reserve army, we should resolutely implement the party's line, principles and policies and actively move closer to the party organizations. In the future study and life, we should take the excellent party member around us as an example and use a standard of * * * producing party member to demand and spur ourselves.

First of all, we must correct our own motives for joining the party, which is the primary issue of joining the party. With the correct motivation to join the party, we can keep a positive and optimistic attitude in the face of difficulties and setbacks, bravely overcome the unfavorable factors on the way forward and move towards the established goals. We should have the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly. We should take concrete actions to play a vanguard and exemplary role in work, study and society. Secondly, we should be strict with ourselves according to party member's standards. We need to do the following: First, fully understand the party member standard stipulated by party constitution. Carefully check the party member standards to find out their own gaps, and make clear in which aspects the conditions of party member have been met and which aspects have not been met. With the concern of the Party organization and the students, step by step, I will train myself into a pioneer warrior with * * * production consciousness. Second, we should consciously accept the training, education and inspection of the organization. Actively express the desire to join the party to the party organization and take the initiative to move closer to the party organization. Take the initiative to report your thoughts to the party organization and actively participate in the party's activities. Take part in good party classes and get an education from them. Third, we should study Scientific Outlook on Development's spiritual essence, grasp the connotation of scientific development, actively practice Scientific Outlook on Development's requirements in practice, actively participate in the great practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating socialist modernization, and strive to become a member of China's great political party with practical actions. Fourth, consciously strengthen party spirit training. Establish firm ideals and beliefs, always consciously arm yourself with Marxism, especially with Scientific Outlook on Development's thought, firmly establish a materialistic world outlook, outlook on life and values, and correctly handle the relationship between local interests and overall interests, individual interests and collective interests. As an activist of joining the Party and a student of Southwest University of Science and Technology, we should first be diligent and enterprising and take the initiative to learn.
