Studying in Australia 1 year (Senior Visiting Scholar of Hospital Management and Education Department).

Engaged in clinical work for 27 years, published more than articles 100, edited the first color atlas of children's dermatology in China, translated a monograph on children's dermatology, and participated in compiling more than books 10. In recent 10 years, it has obtained projects such as Beijing Natural Science Fund, State Education Commission Overseas Study Fund, Beijing Excellent Talents Fund, Beijing Education Commission Young and Middle-aged Excellent Teachers Training Fund, and Chinese Medical Association Research Fund. In 2006, he was awarded the title of "100 Excellent Young Doctors" by Beijing Municipal Health Bureau. Selected into the training plan of high-level health technical personnel in Beijing health system.

Main work and research direction:

1. Children's cutaneous hemangioma and vascular malformation: In 2000, a special clinic for children's cutaneous hemangioma was established in the dermatology department of Children's Hospital. In 2002, the selective vascular therapy laser instrument was introduced. At present, more than 5000 cases of this disease have been treated, and rich experience has been accumulated in the differential diagnosis, treatment scheme selection and long-term management of hemangioma and vascular malformation in children. Train 2 graduate students in the direction of standardized treatment of infantile hemangioma, publish 5 related articles, give speeches at more than 50 academic conferences nationwide, and hold dermatology classes or professional conferences in various provinces and cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Hunan, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Shanxi, Shandong, Henan, Hebei, etc.). ) Differential diagnosis and treatment of hemangioma and vascular malformation in children. Propranolol has been used to treat severe infantile hemangioma since 2009. At present, more than 400 patients have been treated, and the effect is remarkable. A number of internationally renowned experts on hemangioma were invited to our hospital for academic exchanges, and international cutting-edge technologies were introduced into China and the research results were shared with domestic counterparts, keeping pace with the international level in the aspects of differential diagnosis, treatment scheme selection and long-term management of hemangioma and vascular malformation in children. At the same time, the developed diagnosis and treatment plan will be shared with peers in order to improve the treatment level of peers in this field and better serve children all over the country.

2. Atopic dermatitis (eczema): Over the years, I have explored and summarized the long-term treatment, management and health education of children's atopic dermatitis/eczema, accumulated rich experience in diagnosis and treatment, and was invited to give guest speeches at relevant conferences, lectures and study classes at home and abroad for many times, which further deepened the attention and understanding of domestic colleagues on children's atopic dermatitis. In 2003, the research data on the correlation between Staphylococcus aureus superantigen and atopic dermatitis was reported for the first time in China. A lot of work has also been done in the study of food allergy and skin barrier dysfunction in children with atopic dermatitis, and I participated in the formulation of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis in China (2008 edition, 20 13 edition). Obtained 1 Beijing Natural Science Fund, 1 Beijing Capital Development Fund, 1 Beijing National Science and Technology Support Plan, etc. At the same time, it took the lead in establishing the "Clinical Observation and Education Center for Atopic Dermatitis" for the first time in China. Five graduate students have been trained and more than 20 related articles have been published. The long-term treatment and management experience of children's atopic dermatitis/eczema has been recognized by peers and parents, with more than 20 lectures or exchanges in professional conferences or news media every year. At present, it is ready to further study the genetic polymorphism of the disease and how to effectively repair the skin barrier function of children, and further expand the health education for parents of children.

Three. Infectious dermatoses: Since 199 1 carried out clinical research on infectious dermatoses for more than 20 years, we have continuously observed the pathogenic bacteria of children's skin infectious dermatoses in Beijing and surrounding areas, especially the infection of Staphylococcus aureus and group A hemolytic streptococcus, and made clear the infection situation of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, which laid a good foundation for antibiotic selection for skin and soft tissue infections, especially staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. Postgraduates trained in this major won the National Natural Science Foundation of China 1 and published more than 10 papers in Chinese and English, including 4 SCI papers, with the impact factor exceeding 12. In view of the leading position of Staphylococcus aureus infection in China, in 2009-201KLOC-0/year, under the leadership of Dermatologists Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the "Drug Resistance Monitoring Study of Pathogens of Coccidiosis Dermatology" was first carried out in 23 hospitals (10 adult hospitals and 13 children's hospitals). After two years of clinical research, the distribution and drug resistance of community-acquired methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus in skin and soft tissue infections in China were clarified, which provided a basic basis for rational use of antibiotics in skin diseases infected by cocci and participated in the formulation of treatment guidelines for skin and soft tissue infections. He has rich experience in antibiotic selection for children's dermatosis caused by Staphylococcus aureus infection, especially for staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. 1993 established the dermatology department of children's hospital, obtained the fund of Chinese Medical Association 1, used for pathogen culture and dermatomycosis of children's superficial mycosis, trained graduate students 1, and published 5 papers. At present, the dermatology department of Beijing Children's Hospital is in step with the international treatment of tinea capitis and rare mycoses in children.

Four. Diagnosis and treatment of hereditary skin diseases and difficult diseases: From 199 1, the research on hereditary skin diseases with emphasis on skin congenital blister disease was carried out. At the same time, the rescue of severe drug eruption, the long-term management of EB patients and the genetic research of rare syndrome have been done for many years, and the first case of chronic familial benign pemphigus in China has been diagnosed, which has attracted the attention of American counterparts and serves as a reference for further diagnosis and differentiation of this kind of disease in the United States. Based on his long-term experience in managing children with hereditary bullous disease, he was invited to Hong Kong for consultation and guidance on the long-term treatment of such children. He has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of many congenital diseases and syndromes such as congenital epidermolysis, ichthyosis, palmoplantar keratosis, congenital pigment abnormality, premature aging, skin elasticity and so on. Two graduate students were trained in the direction of hereditary dermatosis, and published papers 12, of which 2 were included in SCI. More than 20 articles have been published on other difficult skin diseases, and 2 articles have been included in SCI. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research of gene diagnosis and transplantation treatment of hereditary epidermolysis bullosa.

He has unique views on the diagnosis of difficult diseases such as congenital syndrome in children. He has rich experience in rescuing children with serious diseases, such as Steven-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), drug allergy syndrome (DRESS) and differential diagnosis of drug eruption and infectious diseases.
