The treatment of staying out at night

(a) students need to go out to perform leave formalities, it is strictly prohibited to be late and leave early. Those who violate the rules will be deducted 0.3 points each time, and will be given a warning for more than 3 times (inclusive) during the semester to cancel the qualification of scholarship selection in that year;

Those who have accumulated more than 5 times (inclusive) shall be given a serious warning, and the qualifications for scholarship selection in that year shall be cancelled, and all student cadres in the school shall be revoked, and the qualifications for joining the party in that year shall be cancelled, and employment shall not be recommended. Those who join the army shall fill in the political examination materials; Those who arrive late and leave early in violation of regulations, resulting in adverse consequences or adverse effects, shall be given a demerit or above; Students' violations will be recorded at the beginning of the semester and cleared at the end of the semester;

(2) Ask students to go out for leave, and it is forbidden to stay outside at night. Violators will be deducted 1 point each time, and 1 time will be given a warning to cancel the qualification of scholarship selection in that year; Accumulated 2 times, given a serious warning, canceled the qualification of scholarship selection in that year, revoked all student cadres in the school, and canceled the qualification to join the party this year;

Accumulated 3 times, given a demerit, canceled the qualification of scholarship selection in that year, revoked all the positions of student cadres in the school, canceled the qualification of joining the party this year, and refused to recommend employment. Those who join the army fill in the demerit in the political examination materials; Having been given probation for more than 4 times; Students' violations will be recorded at the beginning of the semester and cleared at the end of the semester;

(3) Other unexpected problems such as traffic, diseases and medical accidents caused by students staying out at night and coming home late are borne by the students themselves, and have nothing to do with the school.

It is strictly forbidden for students to live off campus privately (except for day students). Once found, ordered to return to school within a time limit to correct. If no correction is made within the time limit, a warning shall be given and the parents shall be informed in time. Other unexpected problems such as traffic, diseases and medical accidents caused by students living outside without authorization shall be borne by the students themselves;

(four) student cadres in the sleep check or record of concealment or cover-up, depending on the seriousness of the case to give criticism and education or dismissal, cancel the qualification of the year;

(5) If the housekeeper conceals or covers up in the sleep check or record, informed criticism will be given or the performance salary of the current month will be deducted 10-50 yuan depending on the seriousness of the case; If the circumstances are serious, you can't perform your duties and cause adverse consequences, you will be dismissed;

(6) The impostor found in the inspection, the impostor and the replaced person are all regarded as late arrival or staying overnight;

(7) The medical and maintenance expenses incurred due to disobedience to management, heckling, physical conflict with management personnel, damage to doors and windows and other public facilities shall be borne by the students, and the relevant students shall be given corresponding disciplinary sanctions according to the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions for Students of Shandong Huayu Institute of Technology.

(8) When the number of students staying out at night and returning late reaches the above-mentioned disciplinary standards, the department will summarize the students' disciplinary situation and jointly identify it with the Political and Educational Affairs Office. After confirmation, the student affairs office will inform the department of the original record of the student's violation, and the department will put forward the handling opinions and report it to the student affairs office for the record; Deduction points are included in the evaluation of students' comprehensive quality, and the punishment for students is directly linked to the evaluation results of students' comprehensive quality in this semester;

(9) percentile ranking according to the number of latecomers by department. The scores of 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be deducted 2 points, 1.5 points, 1 point and 0.5 points respectively, and the scores of 5 and 6 will not be deducted; According to the number of people who go out at night in the department, percentile ranking will be deducted 2 points, 1 point, 2 points, 3 points, 4 points, 1.5 points, 1 point, 0.5 points respectively, and 5 points and 6 points will not be deducted; Deduction points are included in the assessment of the month and reported by the whole hospital.

(ten) all departments shall formulate management regulations, countermeasures and assessment methods for students staying out at night and returning late with reference to these regulations.

(A) the definition of staying out at night

1, not coming home at night means that students don't go through the formalities of asking for leave and don't go back to the dormitory to sleep for one night. Students who take leave will leave the fake stub at the residence of the building, otherwise they will not return at night;

2. Those who leave school on holidays without registration, fail to perform any leave formalities, and don't go back to the dormitory to sleep all night shall be treated as staying out for the night.

(2) Definition of overdue return

All boarding students must return to the dormitory before 22: 00, and any behavior of returning to the dormitory to go to bed from 22:00 to 23: 00 is considered late;
