6. Postgraduate members who study and study abroad (border) shall retain the league organization relationship in the original school, and shall be uniformly registered for the record after being approved by the Youth League Committee of the school. During the period when members are outside the country (territory), they should be organized by the school to be included in the centralized management of the "study group branch abroad (territory)"
