The vast majority of undergraduates in Tsinghua University live in Bauhinia apartments. Each dormitory of Bauhinia Apartment is divided into two AB rooms, and there is a living room connection between AB rooms. There are four people in each room, and the accommodation fee is per year 1500 yuan. There is air conditioning, but there is a charge. I can't remember the specific cost. Each unit on each floor has a bathroom, where you can take a bath in the dormitory, and hot water for bathing is supplied every day 17:00-23:00.
