According to the guiding ideology of the party and the state on the cultivation of talents under the rule of law, with the goal of cultivating excellent talents under the rule of law with solid foundation, wide caliber and strong quality, passive education should be changed into active education and exam-oriented education into quality education.

With the construction of legal engineering training center as the core and the "four or three" realm of legal talents training as the guidance, the 3.0 version of the legal talents training system of "knowledge transfer+skill training+wisdom cultivation" was established. Law schools have always attached importance to teaching quality, and adopted various measures to encourage teachers to offer new courses, update teaching contents, study teaching methods and increase teaching charm.
