Huashui, located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a key university with characteristics in Henan Province, which is jointly established by the Ministry of Water Resources and Henan Province and managed by Henan Province. It is the leading unit of China University of BRICS Network University and a member of BRICS University Alliance.
