Hyogo Education University (ひょぅごきょぅくだぃがく, Hyogo Normal University) is located in the Japanese National University in Shemachi, Kadong Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture. The education department of this school mainly aims at training education teachers. The employment rate of graduates is very high (heisei 15-20 years, ranking in Japan for six consecutive years 1). The school education research department (master's degree) of the university provides conditions for the re-education and research of in-service teachers. Because students are basically on-the-job teachers, various supporting facilities (such as family dormitory and Kobe branch) have also been set up. Shang Yue Education University, Hyogo Education University, Okayama University and Mingmen Education University jointly set up the Education Research Department of the Joint University College (3-year postdoctoral courses only).
