Professor Fan, Ph.D., party member, professor, doctoral supervisor. Director of the Department of Architectural Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, and main member of the steel structure research, design and development center of Southeast University. He has long been engaged in the research on design theory of steel structure and stainless steel structure, fire resistance of engineering structure, earthquake resistance of multi-storey and high-rise steel structure, assembled steel structure and so on.
