In order to effectively implement undergraduate academic counseling, these working rules are formulated.

I. qualifications

Article 1 Be loyal to the Party's educational cause, abide by teachers' professional ethics, be noble in morality, be tireless in teaching others, and have the spirit of dedication.

Article 2 Have a high professional level and a reasonable knowledge structure, be familiar with the teaching plan, curriculum structure and teaching rules of this major, and have the ability to guide students' professional learning and development.

Article 3 Having a professional technical post at or above the associate senior level, having been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years, having certain social experience, and having a high degree of enthusiasm and responsibility for academic consultation.

Two. Responsibility and treatment

Article 4 Organize student conferences of various majors every academic year to introduce the historical origin of this major, the comparative analysis with similar majors at home and abroad, and the development trend of this major.

Article 5 Introduce the curriculum system, professional characteristics, development trend, postgraduate entrance examination and social needs to students of this major (especially those transferred from other colleges and majors), and guide students to implement course selection and study arrangements.

Article 6 Understand students' interests, hobbies, specialties, learning situation, knowledge structure and ability development, and put forward opinions and suggestions to students. If students are unable to take important courses due to time conflicts and other factors, academic consultants should help students contact the classroom teachers and help guide students to learn by themselves.

Article 7 Each major is equipped with 1 academic consultant in principle, and the number of students over 300 (four years) can be increased by 1 academic consultant. The specific number is determined by each college. According to the current workload calculation method, when the workload of academic consultants is 40 per person per semester, it will be included in the unified management of the college.

Three. Appointment and evaluation

Article 11 The assessment of academic consultants shall be organized and implemented by the College once every academic year. The school will commend and reward outstanding academic consultants; If a student is irresponsible, the relevant college should cancel his academic advisor qualification.

Twelfth these rules shall come into force as of the date of issuance.
