For example, from 2002 to 2006, the criminal suspect Mou Wei made 45 thefts in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Foreign Studies University and other universities, and the amount involved was 183038 yuan. Most of these criminals act alone, shoplifting, or sneaking indoors under the pretext of selling or looking for someone, which is highly mobile.
Theft crimes of college students are also increasing. In 60 1 cases of theft in colleges and universities, students committed 2 15 cases, accounting for nearly 36% of the total cases.
