Jianghai Vocational and Technical College is located on the shore of the ancient canal in Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in China. Approved by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province 1999, approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Government in 2004 and put on record by the Ministry of Education, it officially became a private full-time higher vocational college with the qualification of independently issuing college diplomas.
