I. Introduction

Shenyang University of Technology is an interdisciplinary research and application-oriented university, which was founded in 1949 and renamed Shenyang University of Technology by Shenyang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology in 1985. Originally an institution affiliated to the Ministry of Machinery Industry, it was established by the central and local financial allocations from 1998. Mainly managed by Liaoning province, it is listed as the first-class in the province in the construction of "double first-class".
