Hua Cheng (1956. 10—), male, Han nationality, from Chaohu, Anhui Province, is a doctoral supervisor, professor, a national famous teacher and an advanced worker in Anhui Province. In July 2002, he was transferred to the Dean of Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Architecture.
