At 9: 00 on July 2 1 day, the social practice team of Jinxing Township, Dayi County, Sichuan Agricultural University set out from Jinxing Primary School in the rain and went to Baiyan Temple, the only holy place of Tibetan Buddhism in Sichuan, to learn about the development of the scenic spot and feel the unique Tibetan Buddhist culture.

After two hours' arduous journey, the members of the team finally arrived at Baiyan Temple, and then launched activities to understand Baiyan Temple and its Tibetan Buddhist culture. According to the inscription on the temple and the introduction of monks, Baiyan Temple was founded in Yongping 16 in the Eastern Han Dynasty by two Indian monks, Kaya Morten and Zhu Falan, with a history of thousands of years. The temple is famous for its unique Tibetan style and towering ancient ginkgo, which attracts many tourists. There are many common prayer wheels and exquisite Indian pagodas in the temple, which can be called valuable wealth in architectural aesthetics.

The members of the team learned about the ecological environment of the temple by visiting, reading scriptures, visiting monks and asking for directions, and deeply felt the profound cultural heritage of Tibetan Buddhism.
