Employment agencies will apply for funds and approved subsidized personnel information (including paper and electronic personnel information list). Once the application is successful, the employment service center will provide financial feedback to the applicant.

(3) Do a good job in publicity. Vocational training centers should seriously publicize the employment and internship subsidy policies. Such as home address, contact information, bank card number, date of birth, family difficulties, etc. In principle, it is not open. If it is really necessary, attention should be paid to protecting personal information and privacy.
(4) Strengthen supervision and management. Vocational training centers should effectively assume the main responsibility of applying for employment and internship subsidies, and ensure that the application materials are true and effective, and the information is complete and accurate. It is strictly forbidden to subsidize graduates and interns who do not meet the funding conditions; At the same time, it is necessary to file written and electronic application materials, establish files, and actively strengthen the tracking and understanding of the use effect of subsidies for college students and interns.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Employment Subsidies in People's Republic of China (PRC) includes persons with employment difficulties and college graduates who meet the requirements of the Employment Promotion Law.
