Chen Zhuo, 1925, was born in Renqiu, Zhili (now Hebei). 1940 joined the producers' party of China. He used to be the director of Renqiu County Public Security Bureau, the vice minister of social affairs of Renqiu County Committee and the deputy director of the Public Security Bureau.
