According to the scope of application, content and function, meeting minutes can be divided into two types: (1) working meeting minutes. (2) Minutes of negotiation and communication meetings.
The minutes of the meeting consist of three parts: title, date and text.
(1) title
It includes the name and language of the meeting. For example, the summary of the national college Chinese teaching seminar.
(2) Document date
The date of writing is usually written under the title, centered and enclosed in brackets. You can also indicate the date in the lower right corner of the text.
(3) Text
The text can be written in three parts, or only the first two parts.
(1) should begin with a brief description of the meeting. Such as the name, purpose, time, place, personnel, agenda and main achievements of the meeting.
(2) The main part mainly focuses on the issues studied at the meeting, the opinions discussed, the decisions made and the task requirements put forward.
