First, consciously study relevant policies and regulations.

1. Candidates must log in to the "Master Admissions" section of the website of the Graduate School of Heilongjiang University before taking the second interview, and study the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and this notice in advance to ensure that they master the relevant policies and regulations of the second interview.

2. Candidates should carefully read and sign the "Integrity Re-examination Book for Postgraduates of Heilongjiang University in 2022" and submit the handwritten electronic version (in the form of photos) according to the time and method notified by the college. The original autograph book should be mailed to our school (the mailing time will be notified separately).

Second, the preparation before the second interview

1. Candidates are required to take a second interview in dual-machine mode, the first position of which is the interview position. It is recommended to use a computer (including camera, radio and playback function) to shoot from the front of the candidates. The second seat is the monitoring seat, which can be taken from the right rear of the examinee, and can use a computer and a mobile phone.

2. Candidates must choose a good network environment. It is suggested that at least wired, wireless and 4G network conditions should be selected to participate in the re-examination, so as to ensure that the 4G traffic of mobile phones is sufficient as far as possible, to ensure that the network can be switched in time when the network fails, and to ensure that the re-examination is carried out smoothly.

3. Candidates need to download and install "DingTalk" and "Tencent Conference", in which "DingTalk" is used for the first seat and "Tencent Conference" is used for the second seat (unless otherwise stipulated by the applicant institution, it shall be implemented according to the regulations of the applicant institution). Candidates should register "DingTalk" account with the mobile phone number filled in at the time of registration in China Graduate Admissions Information Network according to the notice of the applicant institution, and join the corresponding re-examination team. If you change your mobile phone number, you should contact the college or graduate admissions office in time to apply for changing your registered account.

4. Candidates should choose a bright, quiet and backlit independent re-examination room. No second interview shall be conducted in the places provided by research institutions or other relevant counseling institutions.

5. Candidates should take the pre-test system test on time according to the requirements of the college.

Three. qualification test

1. Review the materials. Candidates should submit electronic review materials (in the form of photos) according to the time and method notified by the college. Candidates who fail the qualification examination or fail the qualification examination will not be re-examined. The audit materials include but are not limited to (subject to the notice of applying for the institution):

(1) Valid ID (front and back);

(2) Admission ticket;

(3) The student holds a positive photo of the ID card (it is necessary to ensure that the positive information of the ID card and my five senses are clear);

(4) Electronic registration filing form of academic certificate/degree certificate (online verification report of student ID card/student status provided by fresh graduates);

(5) Transcripts during the university period (with official seal).

2. Real person authentication. Candidates need to pass the "Ding Tan" to complete the re-examination certification initiated by the college (please consult the college in time if the certification cannot be carried out due to changing the mobile phone number).

Fourth, the second interview requirements

1. Candidates should ensure that the retest equipment is fully charged and start the designated software to participate in the remote network retest at the specified time. According to the requirements of the examiner, carry out equipment debugging (including network test, aircraft position test and lens and audio-visual effect test). After debugging, close applications that may affect the interview, such as cell phone calls, music, alarm clocks, etc.

2. The audio and video of the candidate's first seat must always be on, always facing the camera, ensuring that the head, shoulders and hands appear in the middle of the video screen. The second camera should shoot the examinee and the computer screen from the right rear.

3. Candidates must take the admission ticket and valid identity documents to participate in the remote network re-examination and actively cooperate with identity verification. During the second interview, the candidate's image information will be collected through the first seat for identity verification. Candidates are required not to over-decorate their appearance and wear sunglasses, hats, headdresses, earrings, masks, etc. And don't cover your face and ears with your hair. It is necessary to ensure that the facial image in the video is clear.

4. During the second interview, other people are not allowed to stay or enter or leave the room, and no other sounds are allowed. During the second interview, the video background must be the real environment, and it is not allowed to use the virtual background or change the video background.

5. Candidates should keep their eyes on the camera during the second interview, and don't leave their eyes. You can't consult any information in any way during the second interview.

6. The re-examination questions belong to state secret information before being unsealed. During the second interview, candidates are not allowed to record screens or audio and video recordings, and are not allowed to spread or share the contents of the second interview questions in any way. If a candidate disseminates re-examination questions or re-examination audio-visual materials, the school will deal with them seriously according to relevant laws and regulations, and record them in the "integrity file of candidates' examinations".

7. In case of equipment or network failure during the second interview, candidates should keep calm, do emergency treatment according to the requirements of the college, and keep mobile phone communication open during the period.

8. After the exam, candidates should exit the remote network re-examination software according to the examiner's instructions.

V. Results of the inquiry

After the re-examination, candidates can check the re-examination results and admission results through the website of the Graduate School of Heilongjiang University.

Sixth, disciplinary action.

1. Candidates should consciously obey the management of the examination staff, strictly abide by the instructions of the examination staff on entering, leaving and opening the video of the network remote examination room, and must not hinder the examination staff from performing their duties for any reason, nor disturb the order of the remote network re-examination room. Do not accept others * or help from others or other institutions in any way. Candidates who violate the rules and regulations in the re-examination process will be severely dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and their admission qualifications will be cancelled and recorded in the integrity files of candidates' examinations.

2. Within 3 months after admission, the school will conduct a comprehensive review of all candidates in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. If the review is unqualified, the student status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.

Seven, management majors need to take a written examination of ideological and political theory; Candidates with the same academic level need to take two additional professional courses during the re-examination, and the specific requirements will be notified separately.
