1, environmental protection equipment engineering:
Environmental protection industry is a sunrise industry in 2 1 century and one of the key industries in China. As one of the important components of green environmental protection industry, environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry provides an important material foundation and technical guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization in China.
After four years' study, the students of this major will master the knowledge of research and development, design, manufacture, installation and operation management of environmental protection equipment, and have the ability to solve complex environmental protection equipment engineering problems in the fields of domestic sewage treatment, industrial wastewater/waste gas treatment, solid waste treatment and disposal, river and lake water pollution control and ecological restoration, as well as the ability to innovate and start a business.
2, agricultural electrification and automation discipline:
The discipline of agricultural electrification and automation was established in 1960, which was developed on the basis of the research direction of agricultural machinery detection and control in the discipline of agricultural machinery design and manufacturing and the undergraduate major of agricultural electrification. It was one of the only two majors in China at that time, and it was also one of the traditional dominant disciplines of Jiangsu University.
After 50 years of construction, the discipline has made great progress and has become an important base for agricultural electrification, agricultural equipment automation research and talent training in China.
In 2000, the discipline of agricultural electrification and automation became the second authorized point of doctoral degree in China, and 200 1 was awarded as the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" key discipline in Jiangsu Province. In 2006, it was awarded as the key discipline construction project in Jiangsu Province again, and in 2007 it was awarded as the key discipline construction project in Jiangsu Province.
3, communication engineering:
This major is a characteristic major in Jiangsu Province, the construction point of the education and training plan for outstanding engineers (software) in Jiangsu Province, and the key major in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" in Jiangsu Province. Passed the professional certification of engineering education in China.
This major has two master's programs in information and communication engineering, electronic science and technology, and one master's program in electronic information (communication engineering). At present, the school has more than 10 doctoral supervisors and master students.
