University leave needs to be cancelled, and if it is not cancelled after the leave expires, it will be treated as absenteeism.

Students should fill in the "Leave Form" first, explain the reason and time of leave, and attach relevant supporting materials (parents' certificate is required for those who take leave, and school hospital certificate is required for those who take sick leave).

The leave note must be approved by the counselor first, and then reported to the relevant leaders for approval step by step according to the leave authority. After the examination and approval, the leave slip shall be handed over to the counselor by the students on leave before they can leave school or not participate in the study and activities. Upon the expiration of the leave period, the student shall go through the formalities of canceling the leave with the "leave slip" signed by the counselor (proving the time of returning to school).
