Chen Lin, 1957, born in may, is a native of Dafeng, Jiangsu province. He is a professor, the dean of the Institute of Education of Jiangsu Normal University, the executive deputy director of the Education Department, the member of the Teaching Guidance Sub-committee of the Educational Technology Specialty of the Ministry of Education, and the head of the national pilot project of comprehensive reform of educational technology.
