The middle school affiliated to Southwest University, referred to as "the middle school affiliated to Southwest University" or "the middle school affiliated to Xida University", is an educational experimental base of Southwest University and a member of the middle school affiliated to Normal University of the Ministry of Education. 1978 was listed as the first batch of key middle schools in Sichuan province, and 200 1 was listed as the first batch of key middle schools in Chongqing.

General situation of disciplines

By the end of 2002 1 and 1, Southwest University had 12 disciplines, including 3 national key disciplines, 2 national key (cultivation) disciplines, 28 doctoral degree authorization points in first-class disciplines, 5 master degree authorization points in first-class disciplines and professional doctoral degree authorization points/kloc.

By March, 20021year, 39 majors of Southwest University were selected as national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites, and 23 majors were selected as Chongqing first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites.
