Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to further improve the enrollment work of our school and earnestly safeguard the basic rights and interests of candidates and schools, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities, and in combination with the specific conditions of enrollment work of our school.
Article 2 The full name of the school is Chengdu University, the English name is Chengdu University, and the school code is 1 1079. The school was established on 1978 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is an undergraduate college jointly established by Sichuan Province and Chengdu, and a public full-time comprehensive university focusing on Chengdu. The school has 10 disciplines, 69 undergraduate enrollment majors and 3 specialist enrollment majors (Sino-foreign cooperative education). The school has the right to award bachelor's and master's degrees, and the existing master's degree is authorized by 2 1 first-class disciplines (categories).
Article 3 Upon the expiration of the study period, those who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded the graduation certificate of Chengdu University, and those who meet the criteria for awarding degrees of Chengdu University will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of Chengdu University. A Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school may obtain a degree certificate from a foreign school if it meets the graduation and degree-conferring conditions stipulated by the foreign school.
Article 4 The school enrollment work will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, follow the principles of "openness and transparency, fair competition, fair selection and merit-based admission", vigorously promote the "sunshine project" of enrollment, and select outstanding talents for the country and schools.
Article 5 School enrollment shall be conducted under the supervision of the Office of the Commission for Discipline Inspection (Ministry of Supervision), and shall be supervised by candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 6 The school shall set up the Admissions Committee of the school, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the principles and policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment, implementing the decisions of the party and government of the school on enrollment, studying and formulating the implementation measures for enrollment, guiding the enrollment work, and supervising the enrollment work in the whole process.
Article 7 The school shall set up a leading group for the enrollment work of our college, which shall be responsible for formulating the enrollment charter, compiling the enrollment plan, determining the selection scheme, determining the admission principles, and auditing the enrollment results of our college according to the authorization of the Admissions Committee.
Article 8 The College Admissions Office under the school is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the college enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of the college enrollment examination and admission.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 9 Schools shall strictly implement the relevant planning requirements of the Ministry of Education, and determine provincial and professional plans in accordance with the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional education equity, taking into account the actual situation of schools in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), such as the number of students, the quality of students, the quality of employment, and the whereabouts of graduates.
Article 10 Enrollment of institutions of higher learning mainly includes regular classes, Chinese-foreign cooperative education, national special plans, local special plans, sports, arts and preparatory courses for ethnic minorities.
Article 11 The enrollment plans of schools by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and specialties shall be subject to the enrollment plans published by the enrollment departments of the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 12 According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, our school has made a reservation plan according to 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan this year, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students in various provinces (cities and autonomous regions).
Article 13 The school cooperates with university of stirling to hold three undergraduate majors: leisure sports, data science and big data technology, network and new media. Cooperate with Korea Jiaquan University to hold undergraduate major in electrical engineering and automation; Cooperate with Lingnan University in Korea to hold the project cost specialty; Cooperate with Waikato Institute of Technology in New Zealand to organize majors such as art design, radio, film and television program production. Adopt "4+0" or "3+0" training mode (that is, study in Chengdu University for four or three years).
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 14 Schools shall implement the filing rules of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). In principle, the ratio of file shifting shall not exceed 105% for batches filed in parallel volunteer, and it shall not exceed 120% for batches voluntarily filed in sequence.
Fifteenth schools implement the policy of extra points stipulated by the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government). After extra points, they will file according to the total score, enroll students according to the score, and arrange majors.
Sixteenth requirements for the health of candidates, the implementation of the Ministry of education, the former Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of College Admissions" of the relevant provisions.
Seventeenth candidates in the ideological and political moral assessment, physical health examination and meet the requirements of relevant professional training, in line with the requirements of Chengdu University archives adjustment, according to the results of candidates' archives adjustment admission. Candidates who fail to pass the ideological and political moral examination or have serious violations of discipline and law will not be admitted.
Eighteenth according to the order of voluntary filing batches, when the number of the first volunteer candidates is insufficient, non-first volunteer candidates can be admitted, and sorted according to the filing results. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
Article 19 Admission principle of general majors: According to the principle of "scores first", candidates who enter the archives are arranged to be admitted according to the scores from high to low, and there is no grade difference between majors. Our school promises to meet the admission conditions and obey the professional adjustment. If the file scores are the same, they will be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). If there is no sorting rule for the same score, the highest score according to the sum of Chinese+mathematics+foreign language is preferred; If the sum of Chinese+math+foreign language scores is the same, priority will be given to those with high Chinese and math scores. When all the candidates' professional volunteers can't be satisfied, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, they will be adjusted from high score to low score until they fail to enroll in the whole major, and those who don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. Candidates majoring in data science and big data technology (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and network and new media (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) are required to have an English score of 90 or above in principle.
Article 20 Admission principles for art majors: The professional scores of art candidates such as music, dance, fine arts and choreography shall be subject to the professional examination scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located. On the basis of both cultural and professional achievements, the selection shall be made in accordance with the rules for filing stipulated by the provincial entrance examination institutions. If the provincial entrance examination institutions have no clear reporting rules, they should choose the director major from high to low according to their cultural achievements. Those with the same cultural achievements are ranked from high to low according to their professional test scores, Chinese and foreign language scores. Art majors such as art, music and dance are selected from high to low according to their professional achievements (Sichuan candidates' cultural achievements require more than 20 points in the provincial control line); In principle, the dance performance major requires girls to be no less than 165cm in height and boys to be no less than 175cm in height, with the same professional test scores, which are ranked from high to low according to cultural test scores and Chinese and foreign single subjects).
Article 21 Admission principle for sports majors: The professional scores of sports candidates are all based on the professional examination scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located. On the basis of both cultural and professional achievements, the selection shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the provincial admissions examination institutions. If the provincial entrance examination institutions do not have clear rules for filing, non-Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools will be selected according to their professional scores from high to low (Sichuan candidates' cultural scores require more than 70 points in the provincial control line, and their professional test scores are the same, and they will be ranked from high to low according to their cultural test scores and Chinese and foreign language single subjects. Leisure sports (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) majors are selected according to their cultural achievements from high to low, and the scores in English subjects are required to reach 70 or above in principle. For those with the same cultural achievements, the scores of professional examinations, Chinese and foreign languages are ranked from high to low.
Article 22 Admission principle of high-level sports teams: The admission of high-level sports teams shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education on special types of enrollment. For specific admission principles, please refer to the "Chengdu University 2022 High-level Sports Team Admissions Guide".
Twenty-third pilot provinces and cities to implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the filing method in accordance with the relevant documents of the provincial admissions examination institutions. Candidates' elective subjects must meet the requirements of the school's professional elective subjects, and the college entrance examination elective subjects of all majors in the school shall be subject to the announcement of the relevant provincial admissions examination institutions.
Twenty-fourth English, business English, data science and big data technology (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), Internet and new media (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and leisure sports (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) only recruit English candidates, and other majors do not limit the foreign language level of candidates. Candidates are advised to arrange English as the first foreign language teaching after entering school. Non-English language candidates are advised to fill in carefully.
Chapter V Admission and Others
Article 25 After new students enter the school, our school will carry out the re-examination and physical examination of new students' admission qualifications in accordance with the national enrollment policy and school registration management regulations. Organize an expert group of art and sports candidates to carry out the re-examination and review of admission majors. Candidates who have been found to have irregularities such as taking the test, illegal admission, and impersonation admission will be disqualified and reported to the relevant departments for accountability.
Article 26 According to state regulations, students must pay tuition, accommodation and other expenses. Students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004] 1 18). Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.
Twenty-seventh schools have a "green channel" for new students. Freshmen with particularly difficult family economy can apply for tuition reduction or exemption from the school student office with the proof of the people's government at or above the township (town), or apply for a national student loan according to the relevant provisions of the state.
Article 28 In order to encourage students to study hard, the school has established a perfect scholarship system, and in order to help students with financial difficulties successfully complete their studies, the school has established a perfect scholarship, work-study program, student loan and temporary difficulties subsidy system.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 29 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of our school in 2022.
Article 30 The enrollment plan, enrollment policies, charging standards, admission principles and admission results of our school can be found on the undergraduate enrollment website of Chengdu University, and the school will not entrust any unit or individual to publish and explain the enrollment policies and admissions.
Article 31 The articles of association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Chengdu University.
