Nanometer is a scale, and nanotechnology is a complete system, which combines high technology at the forefront of science. Its basic meaning is to understand and transform nature in nanometer scale, and to innovate matter through direct operation and arrangement of atoms and molecules. Nanotechnology mainly includes nano-system physics, nano-chemistry, nano-material science, nano-biology, nano-electronics, nano-processing science and nano-mechanics.

Nano-materials are the most dynamic branch of science in the field of nanotechnology, with rich research connotations. Naming materials with nanometers was in the 1980s. Nano-materials refer to solid materials composed of nano-particles, and their size does not exceed 100 nm at most. The preparation and synthesis technology of nano-materials is the main research direction at present. Although some progress has been made in the synthesis of samples, a large number of bulk samples can not be prepared so far, so the preparation of nano-materials plays a vital role in its application.
