Most of the lectures are about coal mine safety management, refined management, high-performance team building and other aspects of knowledge. There are many similarities with the existing coal mine safety management model, but in many places we do not reach the designated position and meet the standards. Among them, what impressed me the most was the "Water Control" based on Laozi's Tao Te Ching in the Working Methods of Grass-roots Management Cadres mentioned by Professor Hu Qiong.
"Water control" is to turn the characteristics of water into wisdom and use it in management. In Laozi's eyes, water is a selfless devotee who "benefits all things without arguing" and a person who is willing to "deal with the evil of ten thousand people". As a manager, you should have the character and characteristics of water, be able to have a good relationship, be kind-hearted, be kind-hearted, be good at words and government, and do good deeds, find out the four spirits in management-position, opportunity, moderation and contingency, and then imperceptibly.
