Education: A citizen of China who applies for the qualification of a teacher in this administrative region shall have the corresponding education as stipulated in the Teachers Law.

To obtain the qualification of kindergarten teacher, one should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or higher education; To obtain the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or higher education; To obtain the qualifications of a junior middle school teacher, a cultural teacher and a professional teacher in a junior vocational school, one should have a teacher's college degree or above.

Ideological and moral conditions Applicants for teacher qualification shall abide by the Constitution and laws, have no criminal punishment record, love education, have good ideological and moral character and have no illegal acts.

Applicants are required to provide the "Applicant's Ideological and Moral Assessment Form", which is filled out by the working unit of the on-the-job applicant; For unemployed applicants, this form shall be filled out by the subdistrict office or the Township People's Government where the household registration is located. The graduation school is responsible for providing appraisal for fresh graduates.

Conditions of educational and teaching ability

1. The level of Putonghua should reach the second-class standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Standard issued by the State Language Committee.

2. When applying for teacher qualification, non-normal graduates of various schools at all levels should deploy make-up education and psychology courses according to the Provincial Department of Education, and the examination should be organized by the Provincial Department of Education. (Graduates who apply for normal education are exempt from examinations in pedagogy and psychology)

3. Non-normal graduates from various schools at all levels should participate in the interview and preliminary examination organized by the teacher qualification accreditation body when applying for teacher qualification. (Graduates who apply for normal education are exempt from interviews and lectures)

4. Have good physical and psychological quality, no history of infectious diseases and mental illness, and pass the physical examination in hospitals at or above the county level designated by the teacher qualification accreditation body according to the standards and methods for physical examination of teachers.

The applicant shall apply to the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institution for teacher qualification accreditation, and the applicant shall provide the following basic materials to the teacher qualification accreditation institution within the specified time:

I filled out the Application Form for Teacher Qualification in duplicate; Original and photocopy of ID card; Copy of the original academic certificate; A medical certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level designated by a teacher qualification accreditation institution; Original and photocopy of Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate or exemption certificate; Identification or proof of ideological and moral status; Original and photocopy of the examination results of non-normal graduates in pedagogy and psychology.
