Introduction to Wuhan University:
Wuhan University, formerly known as Qiangzi School, was born in 1893. It is a famous comprehensive research university in China and the earliest national university established in modern China. 1893, Zhang Zhidong, Governor of Huguang, invited the Qing government to set up a self-improvement school in Wuchang, which opened the curtain of modern higher education in China. After inheritance and evolution, 19 13 was renamed as National Wuchang Normal School, and 1928 was named as National Wuhan University, which was one of the four famous universities in the Republic of China. 1949 changed its name.

Huazhong University of Science and Technology is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province. It is a comprehensive research-oriented national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), a vice-ministerial university directly under the central government, and one of the famous seven joint schools. It is one of the first batch of national double-class, 985 Project, 21Project, 201KLOC-0/Plan to build key universities, excellent engineer education and training plan, excellent doctor education and training plan, 1 1 Plan, overseas high-level talent introduction plan and national construction. The school's predecessor was Huazhong Institute of Technology, one of the four major engineering schools founded by 1952, Shanghai Wende Medical College founded by 1907, and Hubei Technical School founded by the Qing government founded by 1898. Through inheritance and development, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tongji Medical University and Wuhan Urban Construction College were merged and established in 2000.
