Ocean College of Hainan University, located in Haikou City, Hainan Province, is a secondary college of Hainan University. The College was established in July, 2002 on the basis of the original Fisheries Department of Agricultural College of Hainan University.

1. Meet the registration conditions stipulated in the annual enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities, and meet one of the following conditions:

Graduated from senior secondary education school, obtained the certificate of national second-class athlete and above, and obtained the top six team members of provincial and above high school collective projects or the top three individual projects.

Graduated from senior secondary education with the same academic ability, obtained the national first-class athlete and above certificate, or obtained the top eight main players of the national team project in the past three years.

2. Candidates who apply for high-level athletes must register in the college entrance examination organized by the provincial entrance examination institutions in their place of origin.

3. The athlete level qualification of registered candidates shall be inquired and verified by the athlete technical level system of the State Sports General Administration.
