It is a task in the process of modernization of resource-based cities to realize the transformation of urban economy from single resource economy to multi-city economy and the transformation of population structure from industrial and mining workers to modern citizens.

First, the municipal government-explore the leading role of the government in the transformation and promote economic development through institutional reform.

On the morning of July 26th, under the recommendation of Wu Kechang from the Economic and Information Committee, the Huainan research group from Zhu Meng, anhui university of finance came to Huainan Government Affairs New District. Government staff welcomed everyone, enthusiastically answered our questions and actively cooperated with our research. Cao of the National Development and Reform Commission received everyone in the conference room, patiently and meticulously answered the questions raised by the students about Huainan's industrial transformation, provided us with a lot of information, expounded the role and tasks of the government in urban transformation, and introduced the latest Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Huainan's National Economic and Social Development and the "2+3+5 Industrial Transformation Path" to the students.

Through on-the-spot investigation in Huainan Municipal Government, the team members deeply understand that in recent years, the municipal government has paid more attention to the industrial transformation of Huainan City, deepened the adjustment of industrial structure, put forward and implemented specific policies, and achieved good results in industrial transformation step by step. It is of great significance to combine the specific transformation of Huainan with the economic and financial theoretical knowledge that college students study at school to improve the industrial transformation of team members.

Second, the big data exhibition hall-based on big data analysis of the development of new industries in Huainan City.

On the morning of July 26th, after the investigation by the municipal government, the research team came to Huainan Big Data Exhibition Center. It is reported that Huainan Big Data Exhibition Center is a multi-functional modern science and technology venue integrating big data exchange, display, publicity, service and transaction, a publicity window for Huainan's transformation from an energy city to diversification, an educational base integrating big data research, learning and tourism, and an interactive experience center for advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing and Internet of Things. The exhibition center has six exhibition areas: Orderly Pavilion, Big Data Popular Science Exhibition Area, Huainan Big Data Application Exhibition Area, Huainan Big Data Industry Exhibition Area, Urban Big Data Testing Center and Big Data Trading Center.

Under the guidance of the commentator, the team members visited all the exhibition halls in turn, such as the fairyland-like just visiting and the extremely convenient life cloud pavilion. They also experienced the VR working face and virtual riding in the coal mine. The exhibition center also has the function of monitoring and analysis, which can prevent and control straw burning in some villages in Huainan in real time, monitor the flow of people and weather in tourist attractions in real time, and collect relevant trading data information such as stocks all over the country in real time. Here, based on big data, the team members fully understood the development of emerging industries in Huainan, saw the development blueprint of their hometown, and experienced the rapid development of science and technology in Huainan High-tech Zone and the convenience brought by big data.

Third, enterprises-study the dynamic role in transformation and start economic transformation with industrial transformation.

On the afternoon of July 26th, under the recommendation of Lin He, the team members came to Jianghuai Cloud Industry Platform. Huainan Jianghuai Cloud Industry Platform, built by Huainan Information Center, is an industrial cluster jointly built by information technology (IT) enterprises in Huainan. It is also a key construction project to further optimize the industrial structure and cultivate new growth poles in Anhui Province. This project was held in 2004 in 2065438+65438.

The construction period of Huainan "Jianghuai Cloud" industrial platform is five years, and the planned total construction area is/kloc-0.5 million square meters, including 20,000 square meters of cloud data center, with an annual output of/kloc-0.5 million big data all-in-one production lines and/kloc-0.5 million square meters of cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data and other industrial service areas. Incubate 1500 enterprises, build a supply chain financial platform integrating logistics, information flow, capital flow and human resource flow, and cultivate two information technology companies with third-party payment licenses. The research team conducted research activities on resource transformation from the perspective of Huainan entity enterprises in Jianghuai Cloud. Through understanding, we know that Tulian Technology is a company that uses big data to serve geographic information and is one of the earliest enterprises to settle in Jianghuai Cloud.
