Chengdu College of Sichuan International Studies University was established in 2000, approved by the Ministry of Education, and operated according to the new mechanism and mode.

There are two campuses, Chengdu Campus and Yibin Campus. Chengdu Campus is located at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain in Dujiangyan, Chengdu, a world-famous scenic spot. Yibin Campus is located in Yibin Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is located in the core area of Yibin University Town.
