It is understood that, under the same conditions, party member, student cadres, excellent students or people who volunteered to work in remote and hard areas have joined the army during their school years, have academic expertise, made outstanding achievements in academic and scientific research or obtained a second degree, and have excellent academic performance, strong physique and management potential, and are suitable for working in command posts at the grass-roots level of the army.
