The proportion of full-time teachers with postgraduate degrees in colleges and universities should generally reach more than 50%, and the proportion of full-time teachers with doctoral degrees should generally reach more than 20%; The number of full-time teachers in senior professional and technical positions should generally be no less than 400, and the number of full-time teachers in full-time positions should generally be no less than 100.
