If you get a low score in Northeast General School, you get a low score in North China Branch. The teaching quality varies with different majors, and so does the dormitory environment. The environment is not very good, and the buildings are quite broken. Other factors, the housing prices in Qinhuangdao and Shenyang are relatively high. If you plan to fight for a long time and buy a house, don't go to Qinhuangdao. The house price in that shabby place is more expensive than that in the provincial capital, but the environment in Qinhuangdao is better, and you will live there for a longer time. There is no good place in the northeast except Dalian and Harbin, and Qinhuangdao is the best place to go. I hope to adopt.
