(1) Engaging in acts that endanger national security or social stability, browsing, copying or disseminating harmful information that impairs social security and social morality, publicly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, stealing or revealing secrets of others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests, and violating the prohibition of the Constitution and other laws and regulations of the state;
(2) Destroying or misappropriating computer network information resources, endangering computer network security;
(3) embezzling other people's accounts;
(4) illegally occupying an IP address;
(5) Deliberately producing and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
(six) damage to the campus network public facilities;
(seven) do not obey the campus network management department or personnel management;
(eight) other violations of the relevant provisions of these measures or the relevant management regulations of the school.
Twenty-fourth individual users in the process of using computer networks have illegal behavior, the school information center depending on the seriousness of the case, make the following treatment:
(1) Warn the parties concerned; (two) ordered the parties to submit a written examination and make corrections within a time limit; (3) Notify the affiliated unit to stop using the campus network account or interrupt the computer networking for two weeks; (4) It is forbidden to establish accounts permanently in the campus network; (5) Submit it to the school administrative department for administrative treatment; (6) Transfer to the judicial department for legal responsibility.
Article 25 If a unit user or a unit subnet violates these measures in the course of using the campus network, the information center shall take the following punishment measures according to the seriousness of the case: warning, stopping single access to the network, stopping the subnet access to the campus network, reporting to the school for approval, investigating the responsibility of the parties and the person in charge of the unit, resorting to law, etc.
Twenty-sixth due to the implementation of illegal acts caused economic losses to other users or units, the parties (or units) should compensate the losses according to the reasonable requirements of the injured users.
Twenty-seventh users who have caused property losses to the school due to illegal acts shall bear economic compensation liability in addition to accepting administrative sanctions from the relevant departments of the school.
