1. First, you need to register an account on the website of the Ministry of Labour of Singapore and fill in the application form. You need to submit personal and company information, including company name, registration number, business description, number of employees and other information.
After submitting the application form, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will list all the documents and materials that need to be submitted.
3. You need to prepare the following documents and materials:
(1) passport (valid for at least six months)
(2) Company registration certificate
(3) the identity certificate of the company's directors (such as a copy of the passport)
(4) The company's financial statements, including profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
(five) the relevant professional qualifications or academic certificates.
It usually takes about three weeks to process your application after submitting the complete application documents. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter to submit the EP application.
Next, you need to pay the application fee. The fee amount depends on each applicant's situation, generally ranging from SGD 150 to SGD 200.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email informing you to go to Singapore to get your EP.
7. Before receiving your EP, you need to make an appointment, conduct an interview and collect information such as fingerprints at the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau (ICA).
