At present, the College of Art has seven teaching and research sections, such as music history, vocal music, instrumental music, painting history, Tibetan art, national dance and history, and basic dance skills, as well as two research institutes, such as China-Korea Art College and Tibet University School Art College. There are 68 professional teachers in Art College, and the title structure tends to be reasonable. Among them, there are 3 professors, 8 associate professors, 20 lecturers, 37 teaching assistants, 6 administrators and 7 logistics personnel. Art college has always attached great importance to the construction of teaching staff. Since the establishment of the department, more than 60 people have gone to famous universities at home and abroad to pursue postgraduate degrees and further studies, which has improved the knowledge structure and teaching and scientific research ability of teachers.
