Our itinerary is: visit the device factory and stationery production workshop-the whole factory and office building-visit the device and stationery product exhibition hall-and introduce the product functions and technical knowledge in a unified way.

Perhaps I grew up in a factory, and I was deeply impressed by the detailed management, responsibility system and quality control of Guanlan Factory. The meticulous reception circle, meticulous attitude towards products and strict on-site management also left a deep impression on us. The management system and responsibility system of Guanlan Factory are perfect. In the position of each department or production unit, there will be a sign of the person in charge of the production line, which reads the person in charge ××××, with photos attached. Each unit will have a place to post the quality inspection and progress completion of the month, and there are many rules and regulations. You can see the slogans of "No …" and "People-oriented, pioneering and innovative, striving for perfection and winning by quality". At the same time, every production workshop has a big banner, which shows the business philosophy of the enterprise to varying degrees.

Yang Gong, a senior engineer, introduced the product function and process knowledge. Their knowledge and propaganda ability of their products is worth learning. In the exhibition hall of Guanlan factory, we can see their product introduction, technical indicators and comparison with other products, which clearly reflects the high quality of Qixin products and makes customers feel more comfortable buying Qixin products. We are proud as Qixin people.

There is a sign in the workshop that says, "Speak softly, be short-tempered, laugh a little, be sweet, have a positive attitude, complain less, use more brains, be generous, plan earlier, do more, be more responsible, execute better, act faster, save resources and be more efficient." The factory is equipped with books for employees to learn, managers and employees live together, and there are billiards tables, table tennis tables and basketball courts for employees to entertain, enriching employees' entertainment activities. On the afternoon of June 28th, members of the "Qingma Plan" backbone training class visited Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which benefited me a lot.

The predecessor of Sanjing Pharmaceutical is Harbin No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory, a state-owned enterprise, which was founded in 1950. At first, it mainly produced muscle and intravenous injection. It is the earliest enterprise specializing in the production of injections in Heilongjiang Province, and has introduced domestic first-class foreign injection production equipment. This visit focused on showing us first-class production equipment and advanced product production technology. Strict quality assurance system and the historical development of Sanjing Pharmaceutical.

Taking part in this activity, you can not only walk into the workshop of Sanjing, but also see the whole production process of Sanjing products. I carefully checked the general factory building of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Factory. It has a visiting building, a living building and a gymnasium. Injection production workshop, etc. The road inside is clean and there is a zebra crossing. Many workers or tourists have to take the zebra crossing when crossing the road. From this small detail, we can see that the management of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Factory is very strict!

It can be seen that the management system here is orderly, and there is a bathhouse, which is specially provided for employees. Then we came to the logistics distribution center. I felt great when I entered. This is the logistics distribution hall. It's where goods go in and out of the warehouse. All the drugs in the box are packed, and then we continue to walk inside. We found it was dark and cold. These boxes are automatically packed and transported by the machine and operated by one person on the machine console. This machine lifted all the heavy boxes. After coming out of the logistics distribution hall, I found a big medicine bottle at the door of a building, which is the production and development department.

At present, Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has invested a lot of money in the research and development of new products, concentrated all aspects of resource advantages, and formed a "production generation". The product development model of "keep one generation and develop one generation" has a strong momentum of subsequent development. Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been committed to the cause of human health for more than 50 years. Chapter 3: Learning experience of visiting factories.

On April 25th, Ningning School organized activities and visited Master Kong's instant noodle workshop. I wrote it when I came back, and it hasn't been released. I took the time to send a picture today, otherwise it will be a month!

Teacher Song, Ningning's class teacher, sent a short message to her parents a few days ago, saying that she would organize a visit to the moral education base in the near future. Because the children are relatively young, he suggested that parents can help provide workshops that children are interested in and visit the Mengniu production line that they visited last year. The children like it very much. Later, Wang Yingchen's mother helped contact Master Kong's instant noodle factory to visit. Ningning was very excited to learn that the school was going to organize a visit to the instant noodle factory. However, when the trip was about to begin, another problem appeared. Because the school doesn't allow arbitrary charges, Mr. Song asked his parents for help to see who can borrow the bus. Teacher Song sent a mass message to the class, but no parents replied, because there are too few units with big customers now, and most of them implement car reform and no longer raise customers. Teacher Song is also in a hurry, because he can't visit the instant noodle factory in the distance without a big guest, but only the nearby museum. In order not to disappoint the children, some parents suggested that parents organize to rent a big car by themselves, and everyone gathered to respond. Today, on the morning of April 25th, it was raining heavily and windy outside, and there were umbrellas damaged by the wind everywhere on the road. There is a traffic jam on the road. I parked my car in the safe backyard and operated on Ningning and Xuanxuan's mother's shoulder joint. Recently, I have been helping to send Xuanxuan to school, and then I waited outside the school with my camera as planned. At 8 o'clock, I called Wang Yingchen's mother to make sure everything was normal, so I took my equipment to Ningning School. Walking into the corridor of the teaching building, Ningning's classmates have lined up in the corridor. Teacher Song is arranging for two people to play an umbrella and then set off. The production technology of each production line is introduced in detail, from flour mixing to making, oiling, cooling and packaging of flour cakes. While listening, the children crowded in front of the window and watched the huge machine constantly producing instant noodles, marveling at the speed and capacity!

After the technician explained, the children had the freedom to visit for a while. Each of them carefully looked at the part of interest, then concentrated on getting on the bus and ended today's visit. When it was about to leave the factory, the uncles and aunts who took the children to visit came to the car to say goodbye to everyone, and brought a box of new products "crispy noodles" that have not yet been listed to the children, and each of them sent a bag! Now the children cheer and have food to eat. How happy they are! Tian Xuanning told me yesterday that when she visited the instant noodle factory, she really wanted crispy noodles.
