However, these are not enough. After entering the subway operation company, they need to receive a lot of training, such as safety awareness education, practical courses, car-following learning, psychological quality, emergency treatment and many other links, and then they have to pass a lot of assessments, car-following internships and other assessments before they can officially take up their posts.
Conditions of subway drivers
1, aged 20-35, male or female, with high school, technical secondary school or above. Working experience in service industry.
College English majors are preferred, and fresh graduates are also acceptable.
2. Good image and temperament, good expression skills in Chinese and English, outgoing personality and good communication skills.
3. Good health, normal liver function, no diseases affecting work such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, infectious disease and mental illness, no color blindness or color weakness, and normal hearing and vision.
4. Good moral character, gentle personality, courteous to others, no criminal record, hard-working, and agree to live a collective life.
5. Driving the subway requires a work permit. Only by passing the exam can you become a real subway driver. At present, there is no uniform standard in the country, and work permits are issued by the labor department.
