The self-study exam must have a nationally recognized college degree before you can apply for the undergraduate part of the higher education self-study exam; It is not limited by gender, age, nationality, race or educational level. (Without academic qualifications and hukou restrictions, you can apply for graduation in different places); College graduates from Party schools and correspondence universities for cadres are not eligible to take undergraduate examinations.
