Ping An University in Shenzhen is the training base for China Ping An talents. It does not recruit students like public and private colleges, but only cultivates internal elite talents. It is difficult for ordinary employees to have opportunities, only above the director. Studying there is not a full-time or part-time ordinary university system, but a few months of professional study, with no tuition fees and full accommodation (there are sports and entertainment facilities such as swimming pools and playgrounds in the university, which is no worse than in a 5-star hotel).
