After joining the army, I was not sure where I was going. When I joined the army, I didn't have the right to choose my place of service. According to the general process, the recruiting unit will select those recruiting places in advance, and then send recruiting cadres to pick up soldiers locally.
Now, after the reform of the conscription system, most of the power has been delegated to the People's Armed Forces Department, and the mode of conscription has changed from the former conscription unit to the sending of troops by the People's Armed Forces Department. Under the same conditions, the probability of serving in a specific conscription unit is the same, that is to say, where to perform military service is decided by the People's Armed Forces Department.
The specific enlistment destination will be uniformly distributed after the recruits' training. Unless you have a good relationship, you can only choose within the jurisdiction of your military region. You have no choice, but you may be allowed to apply for construction in backward areas such as Tibet.
The way of enlisting
Take the most traditional way of enlisting conscripts: one of the ways with the largest number of conscripts every year, that is, the most common way for everyone, is to adopt the way of enlisting conscripts.
College graduates choose to directly recruit non-commissioned officers as soldiers: male unmarried, under 24 years old, with a college diploma, and their major meets the needs of post development in the army. Institutions of higher learning and their majors have carried out vocational skill appraisal, and shall obtain the qualification certificate above the intermediate level issued by the state.
High school students pass the college entrance examination and enter the military academy directly: this is the most ideal way to join the army, because after entering the military academy, the troops after graduation are all officers, and they are still young, so there is great room for development in the army. There are only a few who can be admitted to military schools, not only with good academic performance, but also with good physical fitness. They must have the spirit of hard work and sacrifice.
