Character experience, Wang Hongyang.
Wang Hongyang grew up in a cadre family. In primary school, Wang Hongyang entered an amateur sports school to practice gymnastics.

1970, Wang Hongyang joined the army. As a health worker, she was transferred to the central medical team to conduct a general survey of gynecological diseases in the most remote and poorest rural areas in Ningxia.

1972 During the Spring Festival, Wang Hongyang rushed back to Nanjing from the army station to visit his parents. Because my father was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, he decided to be a doctor;

65438-0973, Wang Hongyang was admitted to the Department of Clinical Medicine of the Second Military Medical University. After graduation, he stayed in the Department of Gastroenterology of Changzheng Hospital as a doctor. 1989 Qiu fazu Wu recommended to study in Germany. After graduating from Ph.D., he entered Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry, German Academy of Sciences, and began to study biological signal transduction under the guidance of Professor ulrich, an internationally renowned tumor research master and pioneer in signal transduction research.

Wang Hongyang has been a researcher for 8 years at Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry, German Academy of Sciences. During this period, she realized that although there are more and more cancer treatments, it has not fundamentally changed the high mortality rate of cancer patients, because people are still unclear about the pathogenesis of cancer at the genetic and molecular levels, which greatly restricts the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment. 1997, Wang Hongyang declined the retention and invitation of his tutor and returned to Shanghai with a whole box of scientific instruments donated by his tutor and a research fund of 300,000 marks. He came to the Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital founded by Academician Wu and founded the Sino-German International Cooperative Biological Signal Transduction Research Center.

During the 10 year when she returned to China from 1997, Wang Hongyang spent all her holidays in the laboratory. Even in the first three years of her business, she seldom went home before 10 in the evening.

Supported by the National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and strongly supported by Academician Wu.

In 200 1 year, the hospital specially set up a clinical comprehensive treatment ward for her, which made the research of biological signal transduction enter a virtuous circle of combining basic research with clinical treatment, and her research also achieved fruitful results: the high-expression gene MXR7/GPC3 of liver cancer was isolated and identified from liver cancer tissues, which made a breakthrough in basic research and clinical application; It is the first time to report the high level expression of MXR7 gene in patients with liver cancer in China (MXR7 was recognized as the most promising serological screening index for early diagnosis of liver cancer by the world medical community in 2005). The pathway and molecular mechanism of immunosuppressive receptor SIRPa and oncoprotein P28 in the occurrence and development of liver cancer were discovered, and the new target of biotherapy for liver cancer was determined. After 8 years of research, the accuracy of early diagnosis of liver cancer was improved by using AFP +MXR7 combined with serum detection. The frontier research on the regulation of tumor phosphorylation network provides a basis for studying the negative regulation mechanism of phosphatase in tumor, and this achievement won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award in 2006.
