The campus apartments of Griffith University are located in Nathan and Mt Graavatt campuses with convenient transportation. It is only 1 1 minute drive from Nan 'an Campus and can accommodate 950 students. Accommodation types include:

A single dormitory with meals

Bellenden Ker College in Nathan Campus and Mt Gravatt College in Mt Gravatt Campus provide single dormitory for students, and the college canteen provides meals for students. Each student has a single room with a lock along the corridor, and each room has a network interface. Students use bathing facilities and public toilets.

Facilities in each room include: standard single bed, network interface, telephone, desk, bookshelf, chair, cupboard, wardrobe, towel rack and heater. Public areas include: toilets, common rooms, restaurants, laundry rooms, etc.

Apartment dormitory provides self-care meals.

Barakula College, Girraween College and Kinaba College in Nathan Campus provide apartments for undergraduates. Each apartment has 4, 6, 7 or 8 fully equipped rooms. Students have separate rooms with locks, and students in the apartment use the kitchen, dining room/lounge and bathroom. The students in the apartment take turns to buy food, cook and clean.
