Hangzhou Normal University implements the credit system, which consists of professional registration tuition and credit tuition. At the beginning of school, tuition fees are charged in advance according to the standards approved by the price department of Zhejiang Province, and settled after school. In 2008, the standard of tuition fees approved in advance was: 4,000 yuan per student in normal arts and sciences (including sports) (for example, our province issued a preferential policy for tuition fees for normal students, and our school implemented a unified policy throughout the province); Non-normal arts and sciences (including sports) 4400 yuan per student per year; Art students are 7,000 yuan, and music performances and dances (non-teachers) are 9,000 yuan; Medical students pay 6000 yuan a year.

In order to encourage candidates with high scores in Zhejiang Province to apply for our school, candidates who are admitted as the first choice by our school have a total score of more than 30 points (inclusive) in the first batch of Zhejiang Arts and Sciences, and tuition-free for one academic year, and those with a total score of more than 40 points (inclusive) in the first batch of Zhejiang Arts and Sciences have tuition-free for two academic years, and so on until tuition-free for four years.
