Management learning experience (1) Management is the most common and important activity among various human activities. The senior management of learning in this semester is divided into seven chapters, which mainly consists of four parts: planning, organization, leadership and control. These four parts are different and interrelated. And the content of teamwork in management has given me a lot of experience.

Teamwork refers to the process in which a group of people with ability and belief support and struggle for a common goal in a specific team. Although teamwork plays a very important role for our contemporary college students, the current school education system does not pay enough attention to teamwork education and does not offer related courses. In the learning process of senior management, the teacher integrated "teamwork" education into the teaching of this course by discussing cases and completing PPT in groups, which gave me my own understanding of teamwork.

Here I take a group doing PPT as an example for analysis. When the teacher first assigned this task, our group elected a representative, and we all felt that this representative could accomplish everything, so there would be no business for us. Finally, it was found that it was a bit heavy to finish this PPT by only one person, so our group discussed after class and decided that everyone should finish part of it. Some people collect data, some people specialize in PPT, and some people are responsible for analyzing data and making charts. I learned a lot in this division of labor. First of all, the division of labor is based on the strengths of each member. Students with good computer skills make charts, students with fast typing speed do PPT, and students who are good at collecting information look for the information they need through various channels instead of distributing it casually. Secondly, we should learn to tolerate each other, because each part of the division of labor has more or less content. We should not complain because of uneven distribution, or feel cheated, but should tolerate each other. Finally, communication is more important in the process of teamwork. In communication, it is necessary to determine the general content to be talked about, what is the problem to be solved and what is the key point. If we don't communicate with each other, we will not only waste time and energy, but also make things we don't want.

With the cooperation of team member Qi Xin, this PPT has been completed, but the effect is not very good. I analyze the reasons from the following aspects:

First, in order to complete the task, we didn't strive for perfection. This is mainly because there is no preparatory work in the early stage and there is no communication between team members. I think it's good if someone does it.

Second, the problem to be solved is not clear. At first, our group wanted to do management transplant. Later, when it felt a little difficult, it changed to corporate social responsibility, and finally changed to food safety, which would also affect our performance. Third, lack of understanding of the characteristics of efficient teams. Yang pointed out in his book Management that the characteristics of high-performance teams mainly include: effective leadership, flexibility, continuous learning, efficient working procedures, * * common goals, mutual trust and respect, full communication, and learning from each other's strengths. Although our group communicated, it failed to communicate effectively, which is also related to the "outstanding personality in the past" in teamwork.

Through the study of this course, I have benefited a lot and have some interest in management. Under the guidance of the teacher, it not only strengthened our basic theoretical knowledge about management, but also provided valuable experience for us to carry out collective or community activities in the future. This group cooperation made me understand the importance of complementary advantages of members and team division of labor. Decision-making is the core of management, and it can be considered that the whole management process revolves around the formulation and implementation of decision-making.

Simon, winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics, pointed out that "management is decision-making", and decision-making runs through the management process. The important position of decision-making in management can best be reflected in the planning function. Decision-making is not a one-time static process, but a cyclic dynamic process. Learning experience of management science (4) Anyone who has studied management science will know that there is a "management theory jungle" in management science. It is really because of the existence of "the jungle of management theory" that there is no unified explanation for the function, principle, method and definition of management science. Drucker, an American management scientist, believes that we are not far from the day of unified management, but today, the phenomenon of "managing the jungle" has not been solved. Personally, I think that the reason why the jungle phenomenon appears in management science is because scholars who study management science belong to different factions, and they all focus on one aspect of management science. Therefore, I believe that only by unifying the research content of management science can we unify the ability, principle and definition of management science. In the process of studying management, the professor once taught us two axioms of management: first, management is an act. Second, the subject of management is organization. Judging from the research content of management science, the research questions still revolve around "what is management science" and "how to manage management science".

However, management scholars have always had a unified definition of the essence of management. For example, Cüneyt attributed the essence of management to coordination. However, we can see that the role of coordination in management is not great. They just emphasize that coordination exists in all aspects of management.

The internal management of companies is often extensive and unscientific. Only some companies have put forward the goal of refined management, only a few companies have transformed the concept of refined management into corresponding processes, strategies and systems, and only a few companies have implemented it well. The concept of seeking benefits from land should be fundamentally changed to management. Refined management refers to systematizing the rules, using procedural, standardized and data-based means to make all units of organizational management run accurately, efficiently and cooperatively.

In the process of implementing refined management, the outstanding obstacles are as follows.

First, the corporate culture soil formed by the golden mean thinking mode is not conducive to refined management.

Under the long-term social environment that the rule of man is greater than the rule of law in China, there will be invisible resistance to promoting refined management. Refined management is the earliest product of industrialization, which requires management to be institutionalized, formatted and stylized, and emphasizes execution. Second, over-emphasis on form, over-quantification, and unreasonable process design lead to reduced efficiency.

Fine management needs a detailed process to ensure, but if the design process is too detailed and relies too much on numbers for quantitative management, it will go from science to the other extreme. Numbers can't explain all the problems, and pursuing numbers can't solve all the management problems. Fine management not only improves the management level and quality, but also increases the complexity of enterprise management. Beyond a certain limit, it will be counterproductive.

Third, the requirements for process design are very high. If the operability of process design is not strong, it will be difficult to advance the implementation link.

Refined management puts forward high requirements for process design and reorganization. A seemingly perfect process design may have poor operability, and a well-executed process design is often not impeccable. In other words, the scheme required for process design is not possible, but possible. This is actually a very high requirement. We should fully base ourselves on the current situation of enterprises and deeply analyze the problems existing in enterprises. First of all, the management should strengthen the relevant concepts, cultivate a professional team and form the core concept of the enterprise that attaches importance to standardization. Refined management needs to build enterprise culture in the way of thinking of professional managers, supervise and promote the realization of refined management through organizational design, performance management and other means, and form a strict implementation system.

Secondly, business process optimization is the basis of refined management, and the goal of business process optimization is to systematically combine all links and modules with the least resource input and output efficiency. Through the optimization of business processes, management expenses are controlled and unnecessary costs are reduced. The business process of real estate companies should fully consider the characteristics of real estate business. The tool that can be used here is the business process value chain analysis model, which can find out the links with great value-added in the enterprise value chain, consolidate and strengthen, and analyze and optimize the process.

Thirdly, project management informatization is also an important means to realize refined management. If an information platform is built for the core business, resources will be better integrated and the control of nodes will be more scientific and effective. Project operation management system can effectively improve intensive management, and improve the level of refined management with the help of information platform in all aspects of project management.

Finally, precision marketing is also an important embodiment of refined management. For real estate companies, the focus of precision marketing lies in two aspects: the precision of customer service and the precision of product design. To achieve refined customer service, it is necessary to effectively subdivide and study different customers and pay attention to every detail of customer service. On this basis, accurate customer service is also reflected in accurate product design. For example, many real estate companies have formed distinctive product series for different customers, which is an attempt to conduct precise marketing for customers. The refinement of customer service means that customers' needs are fully considered in all stages and processes before, during and after sale. For example, at present, in the design of real estate projects, there is a common problem that clubhouses are designed only to promote sales, which often ignores the cost in the later operation and use process, and rarely listens to the opinions of property managers in the design stage. Under the requirement of precision marketing, relevant issues should be given full attention, and the voice of customers should also be fully reflected.
