Legal basis: "Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" Article 30 If a student falls into any of the following circumstances, the school may give him the right to quit school: (1) If his academic performance fails to meet the requirements of the school or he has not completed his studies within the study period stipulated by the school; (2) Failing to apply for resumption of schooling within the time limit prescribed by the school or failing to pass the examination after applying for resumption of schooling; (three) according to the diagnosis of the hospital designated by the school, suffering from illness or accidental disability can not continue to study at school; (four) did not participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval; (five) not registered within the time limit prescribed by the school, and did not fulfill the formalities of suspension of registration; (six) other circumstances stipulated by the school can not complete their studies, should be suspended. Students who apply for suspension from school shall go through the formalities of suspension from school after examination and approval by the school.
