Two achievements of the School of Management of Lanzhou University won the Outstanding Achievement Award (Humanities and Social Sciences) of the Eighth College of Education.
Recently, the results of the Eighth Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Colleges and Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences) of the Ministry of Education were announced. According to the publicity results, Professor Bao's "Government Performance Management-Theory and Method of Government Performance Governance Based on Public Values" and Professor Sha Yongzhong's "Public Crisis Information Management" will be awarded the second prize, which is the best level in the history of our institute in this award selection, reflecting the remarkable achievements of our institute in scientific research in recent years and showing the overall strength of our institute's scientific research.
Bao Guo Xian is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Lanzhou University School of Management. Mainly engaged in the teaching and research of governance theory and public policy, government performance management and strategic management. He presided over 4 national fund projects (including the key project of National Natural Science Foundation 1), published 6 monographs, presided over the compilation of China Government Performance Management Yearbook in three volumes, and published more than 100 academic papers.
