Mozi said, righteousness, benefit also.
Mozi directly regards righteousness as profit, but profit is not necessarily righteousness, and righteousness must be profit. This is similar to what the university said, the country is not for profit, but for righteousness. Just take the initiative to target people and countries.
Mozi pursues righteousness, so he said that grinding the top and putting the heel is beneficial to the world. In this respect, it makes sense for many people to respect Mozi as a saint. Mencius also said that although there are thousands of people in Qian Qian, I will go. Mozi Mencius bravely pursued righteousness, which is really admirable!
Mozi said that everything is more valuable than righteousness. Utilitarianism may be the pursuit of doing things, but Mozi saw the importance, guidance and measurement of righteousness in doing things.
Mozi said that although a scholar is learned, his behavior is intrinsic. In this sentence, I saw that applying what I have learned, applying what I have learned to righteousness, and then applying it to behavior is fundamental. Mozi also said that children can't cure the body, but evil can govern the country. These two sentences are encouragement to disciples. I think it's right. If you can't cultivate your mind with righteousness, how can you do things with righteousness?
I thank many people for their help in my life, study and work. They often say, "You're welcome, just a little effort!" Aren't their actions righteous, and aren't their actions righteous? Isn't this another version that benefits the world by grinding the top and putting the heel on? Justice is the core of their essence.
