In order to strengthen the management of dormitory accommodation in our school and standardize the collection of dormitory accommodation fees, these measures are formulated according to the relevant documents of higher authorities and referring to the charging standards of other colleges and universities.

I. Scope of application

The dormitories referred to in these Measures are: dormitory in Area C of Xianlin Campus and dormitory in Hanzhongmen Campus. Measures for the administration of accommodation fees for international students shall be formulated separately.

Second, the accommodation arrangements

Student accommodation beds are arranged by the school. Once arranged, it shall not be changed without authorization. If you do not check out, pay the accommodation fee according to the normal accommodation fee standard.

Third, the accommodation fee standard

1. Student Dormitory in Area C of Xianlin Campus: 1500 yuan/person/school year.

2. Hanzhongmen Campus Student Dormitory: 800- 1000 yuan/person/school year. 10, 14 and 15 are 1000 yuan/person/school year. 1 1, 12, 13 800 yuan/person/school year.

Fourth, the method of collecting accommodation fees

In August each year, the Financial Planning Department collects students' accommodation fees according to the current year's accommodation list.

V. How to collect accommodation fees during internship.

Accommodation fees for internship (internship, probation and bedside teaching) are as follows:

(a) the internship time is more than one academic year (including one academic year)

1. Accommodation fees are charged according to the standards of students staying in the student dormitory of Xianlin Campus and students arranged by the school to stay in the student dormitory of Hanzhongmen Campus. Within one week after the students leave school for internship, the college will make a form according to the accommodation lists of the two campuses, which will be audited by the leaders in charge of student affairs of the college and audited by the Academic Affairs Office and the Academic Affairs Office, and then reported to the Finance Department for unified deduction of accommodation fees.

2. Students who are arranged by the school to stay in the internship unit (excluding students who contact the internship unit by themselves) will be charged accommodation fees according to the standard of 800 yuan/person/academic year. Such students must check out before the internship begins. Within one week after the students leave school for internship, the college will make a form with the college as the unit, which will be examined and approved by the leaders in charge of student affairs of the college. After being audited by the Academic Affairs Office and the Academic Affairs Office, it will be reported to the Financial Planning Office for unified deduction of accommodation fees.

3. For students who contact the internship unit by themselves and go through the formalities of leaving school, the school does not charge accommodation fees for the internship year, nor does it issue internship accommodation subsidies. Such students must check out before the internship begins. Within one week after the students leave school for internship, the college will make a form with the college as the unit, which will be examined and approved by the leaders in charge of student work in the college, and reported to the Financial Planning Department after being audited by the Academic Affairs Office and the Academic Affairs Office. The accommodation fee for one school year during the internship period will not be deducted.

4. Students who arrange internships in a unified way must accept unified accommodation arrangements. If you apply for self-arranged accommodation under special circumstances, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.

(2) The internship period is within one academic year.

In order to facilitate students to return to school for accommodation, the school reserves students' accommodation conditions in Xianlin Campus, and the accommodation fee is still charged according to the accommodation standard of Xianlin Campus.

2. Accommodation allowance

Contact the students who left Nanjing for internship by themselves. During the internship, the school will provide accommodation allowance according to the standard of 50 yuan per person per month. Students who practice in Nanjing urban area and other places are arranged by the school (whether they stay in school or not), and students who transfer to other posts for internship during the internship period are not given accommodation subsidies.

The list of accommodation subsidies is made by the college within one week after the students return to school after their internship. The list shall be reviewed by the leaders in charge of student affairs, the Academic Affairs Office and the Academic Affairs Office, and submitted to the Financial Planning Office for summary. For students with arrears, grants should be given priority to repay arrears.

Six, postgraduate accommodation management regulations

1. Students who stayed in Xianlin Campus in the first semester of the first academic year and transferred to Hanzhongmen Campus in the second semester will be refunded the difference in accommodation fees between the two campuses in one semester, and will be charged according to the standard of accommodation fees for students in Hanzhongmen Campus in the next academic year. The list of such students is proposed by the graduate school within one week after the centralized transfer of students, approved by the leaders of the school, audited by the Academic Affairs Office and reported to the Finance Department for refund.

2. In the first semester of the first academic year, after adjustment, students who apply for accommodation from Xianlin Campus Dormitory to Hanzhongmen Campus Dormitory should fill out the Application Form for Adjustment of Student Dormitory in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. If it is handled in the last semester of the school year, the difference between the accommodation fees of the two campuses for one semester will be refunded; The difference in accommodation fees will not be refunded in the next semester of the academic year. Accommodation fees will be charged according to normal standards in the future.

3. Students who transfer from Hanzhongmen Campus Dormitory to Xianlin Campus Dormitory need to fill out the Application Form for Dormitory Adjustment of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. In the last semester of the school year, pay the difference between the accommodation fees of the two campuses for one school year; The school year will be handled in the next semester, and the difference in accommodation fees between the two campuses will be paid for one semester.

4. Students should apply for check-out before the end of the first semester of the first school year. The graduate school will make a unified form before the end of the semester according to the situation, and the school leaders will approve it. After being audited by the Academic Affairs Office, it will be reported to the Finance Office to refund the accommodation fee for the second semester of Xianlin Campus. Students who check out at other times should fill out the Application Form for Check-out of Student Dormitory in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. In the last semester of the school year, the accommodation fee for one semester will be refunded; Accommodation fees will not be refunded in the next semester of the school year. Starting from the next school year, they will no longer be charged for accommodation. Failure to check out (whether check in or not) is regarded as a request to stay in bed, and the accommodation fee is charged normally according to the standard.

5. Students applying for accommodation should fill in the Application Form for Dormitory Accommodation of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. In the last semester of the school year, pay the accommodation fee for the whole school year; In the next semester of the school year, pay the accommodation fee for one semester. Accommodation fees will be charged according to normal standards in the future.

Seven, seven-year students' accommodation fee collection measures for the last two years shall be implemented with reference to the "Regulations on the Administration of Accommodation Fees for Postgraduates".

Eight. supplementary terms

1. These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. If the previous provisions are inconsistent with these Measures, these Measures shall prevail. 2. These Measures shall be interpreted by the Financial Planning Office, the Academic Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office and the Graduate School.
